Trish has worked as a trainer and teacher since 1984 and this comprises a large part of her work today. Today she has collaborative working relationships with a range of institutions and organisations including:

- Clanwilliam Institute - Trish is on the board of the Clanwilliam Institute - Irelands leading couple and individual therapy provider and it is also a training institute for systemic psychotherapy
- Corporate and workplace Mediation - Trish has many years’ experience as a workplace mediator
