Employee Assistance Program - EAP Consultants
Trish works as a senior consultant with EAP consultants located in Pembroke Street in Dublin. EAP consultants have provided services to Irish Businesses for the past 10 years.
The aim of an EAP is to provide confidential services to employees in the form of support, information and counselling. Employees are offered a 24 hour helpline where they can avail of support and information. The helpline operates as a referral service to private and confidential counselling – the counselling is organised at a time and location to suit the employee and the companies are billed using a number reference only (confidentiality is paramount to the success of the programme). The counselling is brief – usually 4- 8 sessions are on offer, depending on the nature of the contract with the company and EAP Consultants.

Other EAP services include employee mediation, organisational consultancy and training. Trish specialises in employee mediation and offers individual training folllowing difficulties at work.
